TKD Belt Testing

All four kids had belt testing for Tae Kwon Do. They did a great job and had a lot of fun. This post will be mostly pictures.... its all pretty self explanatory. The kids all take TKD from their uncle. They love Master Kim!



This is Hayden. He probably has the most energy and loudest yell of anyone in his class. Ok, no probably about it. TKD is very good for this kid. He needs something to channel his energy.





Sariah always makes me nervous. She is really 'on' or not so much. I worried if she would remember her form. She did a great job today! She messed up once, but was able to fix it quick and not get flustered. She also did a great job sparring. She LOVES sparring. I know, its kind of scary.









Sariah was funny when she broke her board. She broke it, and with her first try. She did, however, hurt her hand. This is her saying "ouch" and shaking her sore hand.



Corrine did a great job, as always. She was so worried about her questions. Most of her answers had to be in Korean. Unfortunately for Corrine, we do not speak Korean. After she got the question part of testing done, she did great and relaxed a ton.





Corrine had to spar a black belt. That little black belt did not cut Corrine any slack. Corrine did a great job holding her own and even got in a few good kicks!





Jakob did a great job as well. He needed this testing. Now he can advance to the "higher belt" class. The higher belt class has more kids his size. He was really starting to tower over the kids in the other class. He is pretty happy to be in a class geared more for him. He did a great job as always.





Jakob also had to spar a black belt. He said it was pretty fun.
