Piano Recitals

Hayden and Sariah had their summer piano recital. This time it had the theme of Patriotic Songs. I really enjoyed this recital! Hayden started it out with "The Star Spangled Banner".  He did a great job! It was even memorized. Sariah played "Anchors Away", the Navy Theme Song. They were encouraged to dress in something that went along with their song.

Here is the group of kids that performed. They all did well and it was a very nice treat!

Not long after Hayden and Sariahs recital, Jakob and Corrine had a recital. They both did great. If you need a musical # for your ward, Jakob played "If You Could Hie to Kolob". It was so beautiful. Corrine and her friends have started a little band. They performed "Breakaway". Corrine played the piano, Bethany played the violin, and Raven sang. They all did a great job. I was brought to tears thinking of the progress my kids are making. Corrine also made the skirt she is wearing.
