Tae Kwon Do Belt Testing

Jakob, Corrine, and Sariah had belt testing for Tae Kwon Do this morning. Jakob was testing for his orange belt. Corrine was testing for Jr. Green, and Sariah was testing for purple.

Sariah got really lost on her form when she was doing it with all of the other yellow belts. She knew it... she just kept watching other kids!! Once she did it on her own, she did great. In her defense, she also had a 101.3 temperature.





Corrine did a great job. She was very ready to test. She always gets so nervous, but she always does just fine! I didn't get a very good picture of her breaking her board.... by the time the camera was ready to take the picture, she was all done. (Sure would be nice if a girl got a new camera for her birthday in March.....)





Jakob did a great job as well. He had to break a thick board with his hand and was very nervous!! He didn't get it the first time... but when he got enough confidence he got it the second time. Its like Master Kim said "its in your mind... you can do it."





This is the group together. Sorry Master Kim... I didn't get a picture of you with your eyes open... I'll bet you are very tired! Good job at testing and hopefully we will not have any fevers when we test next time.
